How do I order ?
1. As a start, you simply need to add your item(s) to your online cart by selecting the “add to cart” option.
2. Once you are ready to purchase, click the cart icon at the top or bottom of your screen.
3. When you are ready to purchase, simply click the “checkout” option.
4. Follow the prompts to successfully purchase your item(s) until you receive a order confirmation via email/sms.
5. Payments for orders can be made via various options through our Payfast gateway upon checkout.
Do you have a size chart or are your outfits true to size ?
Our items are generally true to size, but we recommend taking 1 size smaller than your regular size upon purchasing any oversized styled items.
Should your require a custom fitted item; i.e.: short body but lengthy arms, feel free to contact us via our Whatsapp business line at 0659680085 to notify us of the custom changes to your item(s).
Has my order officially been confirmed and received ?
Your order was successfully received and processed if you can answer “YES” to any of the following questions:
1. Were you guided to an order confirmation page upon the completion of your order ?
2. Have you received an email or sms confirming your order along with your order details ?
If you are unable to answer “YES” to any of these questions, we are afraid that your order has not come through on our end, so please give it another try!
Am I able to order a different platform aside from this one ?
You have 24 hours after placing your order to make any changes and notify us via our whatsapp business line at 0659680085. Any changes after the above given time-period, will not be considered.
How long before I receive my parcel ?
Our usual delivery timeframe is 10 business days, however, this does not apply to peak seasons such as Black Friday sale days and Festive Seasons.
Do you guys offer custom designs ?
