Our exchange policy window is valid 14 calendar days. Once this time period has been surpassed, we unfortunately cannot offer you an exchange.

We happily allow exchanges if there are defects or issues with the relevant item, however, Retrofit does hold the right to refuse exchanges if the item has been worn or appears damaged in any way.

Sale Items:

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged. These sale items will be treated on a case by case basis

How do I order ?

1. As a start, you simply need to add your item(s) to your online cart by selecting the “add to cart” option.
2. Once you are ready to purchase, click the cart icon at the top or bottom of your screen.
3. When you are ready to purchase, simply click the “checkout” option.
4. Follow the prompts to successfully purchase your item(s) until you receive a order confirmation via email/sms.

Do you have a size chart or are your outfits true to size ?

Our items are generally true to size, but we recommend taking 1 size smaller than your regular size upon purchasing any oversized styled items.

Has my order officially been confirmed and received ?

Your order was successfully received and processed if you can answer “YES” to any of the following questions:

1. Were you guided to an order confirmation page upon the completion of your order ?
2. Have you received an email or sms confirming your order along with your order details ?

If you are unable to answer “YES” to any of these questions, we are afraid that your order has not come through on our end, so please give it another try!

Am I able to order a different platform aside from this one ?
